Delivery & Installation

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times generally range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the selected model, chosen options, and availability. A precise timeframe will be confirmed when your order is validated.
What preparation is required before installation?
Your hot tub must be installed on a flat, stable, and sufficiently strong surface, such as a concrete slab. A suitable electrical supply for the model and a nearby water source are also required. All technical specifications will be provided to you prior to delivery.
How much outdoor space is needed to install a hot tub?
The required space depends on the size of the selected model. We recommend leaving at least one meter of clear space on all sides of the hot tub to allow access for routine maintenance. It is also important to ensure that the access path is wide enough for spa delivery.
What electrical connection is required?
All technical information will be provided prior to delivery of your order. To ensure a safe, reliable, and compliant installation, the electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. This allows you to enjoy your hot tub with complete peace of mind while maintaining your warranty conditions.
Who carries out the installation of a hot tub?
Installation is carried out by qualified technicians to ensure a safe and compliant setup and start-up.
Do you deliver everywhere in France?
Yes, we deliver our hot tubs across the entire territory of France. Any applicable delivery fees are specified when you request your quote.

Hot tub water care is simple when done regularly. Check water balance (pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels), clean the filters weekly, and change the water every 3 to 4 months depending on usage. What is the ideal temperature for a hot tub?
The ideal temperature generally ranges between 36°C and 38°C for regular use.
Can my hot tub be built-in or recessed?
Our hot tubs are designed for above-ground, freestanding installation. If you wish to integrate your spa into a deck or terrace, it is essential to ensure permanent access to the technical panels to allow for maintenance and servicing.
My water is very hard (high in limestone/calcium). Is that a problem?
Hard water is not an issue for using a hot tub, but it can encourage limescale buildup on the equipment. We recommend using a suitable anti-scale product and regularly monitoring water balance parameters.
Is my hot tub programmable?
Yes. Our hot tubs are equipped with a control panel that allows you to program water temperature and various functions depending on the selected model.

After-sales service & warranty

What is the warranty on hot tubs?
Our hot tubs come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the shell and a 2-year warranty on electromechanical components (pumps, heater, and control system).
Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes. Our after-sales service supports you before, during, and after your purchase. If needed, our technicians can assist with maintenance, diagnostics, or repairs of your hot tub.
